Principal Panchoo and the Bell team look forward to welcoming Jones students for the 2020-2021 school year. Incoming students will have the access to all the great things Bell has to offer.
Bell Elementary utilizes the national Leader in Me curriculum, which is a model aimed at teaching leadership to every student and creating a culture of student empowerment. The intended result is to increase students’ motivation for learning and achieving academic success. The curriculum teaches our scholars to take ownership of their actions and to be the leaders of their own futures. We love to see our staff, students, and families working together as a team with a sense of shared responsibility.
Students will have opportunities to learn about fine arts with art and music classes. Through the Any Given Child Initiative, students also get the opportunity to watch a live performance at the Tulsa PAC each year.
Bell students can also participate in several clubs, including knitting, dance, basketball, student council, and coding.
All students and families from Jones will have an extended enrollment period and will have the option to submit an application for up to six schools. The enrollment window will remain open up to 7 additional days, including weekend day support. Families will use the existing enrollment system at enroll.tulsaschools.org. The enrollment team will do outreach to all families to ensure they are supported. Our enrollment team will be available on these days to provide enrollment support for students and families.
Students and families will be invited to attend “Open House” events at Bell in the early spring. Families can also contact Bell directly to schedule a visit to learn more about the school.
