Principal Mohazobyn Panchoo
Ms. Mohazobyn Panchoo is not only a proud Tulsa Public Schools employee since 1997, but also the proud parent of two Tulsa Public Schools students. She began her career as a first grade teacher at Hawthorne Elementary, then transferred to Patrick Henry Elementary. Ms. Panchoo was the assistant principal of McKinley Elementary before enthusiastically assuming the position of principal at Bell, becoming the leader of our pack of A.G. Bell Bobcats!
She believes that the decisions we make are always the best ones for our scholars. Her passion for creating the educational environment for all Bobcats that she wants for her own children drives her actions and expectations every day.
Ms. Panchoo has a history of excellence in educational practices and building and maintaining professional, supportive relationships with students, families, and the community.

Assistant Principal Samantha Dunne
Mrs. Samantha Dunne graduated from Florida State University with a bachelors in elementary education. She taught for three years in both third and fourth grade in the panhandle of Florida. She moved to Oklahoma in 2013.
She has taught in Oklahoma for the past nine years in Broken Arrow. In 2017 she was certified to teach intermediate math. Then, in 2019 she completed her masters program in school leadership at Northeastern State University.
Mrs. Dunne was department chair as well as RTI lead at Oneta Ridge Middle School prior to accepting the role as assistant principal at Bell Elementary. She believes all students can learn and teachers hold the key to unlocking students' success. She wants to create a safe place for students to learn and grow. A place where students feel appreciated, respected and cared for.
Mrs. Dunne is a dedicated lifelong learner and is excited to join the Bell Bobcats as assistant principal. Her vision is to serve the Bell Bobcat family by establishing trust and relationships with all stakeholders.
